Gluten Free/Vegan Vanilla Cake Mix

This cake mix is so tasty and makes either a 10” layer cake, 24 cupcakes or a 13x9 pan.

Ingredients in the bag: white rice flour, brown rice flour, organic evaporated cane juice, potato starch, tapioca starch, baking powder, xanthan gum, salt, baking soda

Ingredients needed:

1 cup neutral oil

1 cup refrigerated coconut milk (regular or rice milk may be substituted)

1 cup water

2 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
