Gluten Free/Vegan Funfetti Cake Mix

This cake mix is so tasty and makes either a 10” layer cake, 24 cupcakes or a 13x9 pan.

Ingredients in the bag: white rice flour, brown rice flour, organic evaporated cane juice, organic raw cacao powder, potato starch, tapioca starch, rainbow sprinkles (contains soy), baking powder, xanthan gum, salt, baking soda

Ingredients needed:

1 cup neutral oil

1 cup refrigerated coconut milk (regular or rice milk may be substituted)

1 cup water

2 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
